Terms of service.

Effective July 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of vizsu. We've kept them short enough to actually read. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you agree to it: legal@vizsu.com.

1. The agreement

By creating a workspace or using any vizsu app, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

2. The service

vizsu is a suite of business applications — currently vizsu Uptime and vizsu Community, with more apps in development. Apps marked "coming soon" are not part of the service until they ship. We add capabilities over time; we don't remove ones you depend on without notice.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

Don't use vizsu to break the law, to monitor systems you don't have authorization to monitor, to host communities dedicated to harassment or illegal content, or to probe or disrupt our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why.

5. Your data

Your data is yours. You grant us only the license needed to run the service — storing, processing, and displaying your content back to you and the people you share it with. Full export is available on every plan. Deleting your workspace deletes your data. Our privacy policy covers the details.

6. Billing

Paid plans bill in advance and renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime; the plan stays active through the paid period. The free plan is a working tier, not a trial — its published limits won't quietly shrink.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep vizsu up, and we publish incidents on our status page as they happen. That said, the service is provided "as is" — we don't warrant uninterrupted availability, and monitoring alerts are an aid to your operations, not a substitute for them.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Ending the agreement

You can leave anytime: export your data, delete your workspace, done. We can terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (your data ownership, liability limits) survive termination.

10. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
