Privacy policy.

Effective July 7, 2026

The short version: we collect what we need to run the service, we don't sell it, and you can export or delete everything. The longer version follows.

What we collect

What we use it for

Running the service, securing it, billing you, and telling you things that matter — incidents affecting your account, changes to terms, apps you've asked to hear about. Product emails have an unsubscribe link; security and billing emails don't, because you need them.

What we don't do

Processors we rely on

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run vizsu: cloud hosting, a payment processor (which holds your card details — we never see them), and an email delivery service. Each is bound by contract to use the data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. No third-party advertising trackers.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your workspace exists. Deleting your workspace deletes your data from production systems promptly and from backups within 30 days. You can export everything first, self-serve, in open formats.

Your rights

Access, correction, export, and deletion are built into the product. If you're covered by GDPR or similar law, those rights apply regardless of what our UI exposes — email us and we'll act on it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account owners before the change takes effect.
